You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, copy its content without permission, submit false information, attempt to access private areas without permission, or use the website in any way that could damage by Yema, Find Your Zen Ltd or other users.

Sharing a link to our website is welcome. Taking the work and pretending the ancestors whispered it directly to you is not.
3. Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy a product, digital product, book, audit, consultation, coaching session, website service, copywriting service or other paid offer from by Yema.
When you place an order or make a booking, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email address, billing details, delivery details where relevant, and any information needed to complete the order or service.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made in full unless we have agreed a payment plan, deposit or invoice arrangement in writing.
For services such as website development, copywriting, audits, coaching or consultancy, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms may be set out separately in a proposal, invoice, client agreement or booking confirmation. Where there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed or agreed client contract, the client contract will usually take priority.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, stock issue, payment issue, misuse of the website, abusive behaviour or another reasonable business reason.
4. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products may include ebooks, guides, templates, recordings, courses, resources, strategy letters, email-based content or other downloadable or online materials.
Digital products are for your personal use or internal business use only. You may not resell, share, copy, distribute, teach from, upload, publish or adapt them for commercial use unless we give written permission.
Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been given or a download has started, refunds are not usually available unless the digital product is faulty, not as described, or required by law.
Before purchasing instant-access digital content, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to immediate access and understand that you may lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.

5. Services, Audits, Coaching, Web Design and Copywriting
by Yema may offer services including creative business support, website development, website audits, artisan audits, copywriting, strategy support, coaching, content guidance, branding support and related creative consultancy.
Service bookings are confirmed once payment has been received, or once we have agreed the booking in writing.
You are responsible for providing the information, assets, feedback, logins, images, copy, brand materials or other resources needed to deliver the service. Delays in providing information may delay the project.
For website, copywriting and bespoke creative projects, your proposal or client agreement will set out the scope, number of revisions, payment schedule, timeline, deliverables and what is not included.
Unless stated otherwise, service fees pay for Yema’s time, expertise, preparation, advice, strategy, creative work and delivery. They do not guarantee a specific income, sales result, audience growth, healing outcome, business result or platform approval.
If you book a service and ask us to begin within your 14-day cancellation period, you agree that we may charge for work completed up to the point of cancellation. If the service has been fully completed with your agreement before the end of the cancellation period, you may lose the right to cancel.
